Aidan University is thoroughly Christian in its philosophy of life and expects that students seeking admission would be in harmony with the ethos of the university. To that end, students must be committed to the absolute Lordship of Christ through an ongoing relationship with Him, and by a desire to reach greater maturity in Him, in full obedience to His will.
A high school diploma, or its equivalent, is required for acceptance into the undergraduate level programs of study at Aidan University. Students who have taken the ACT must score at least a 20, and for the SAT, at least 970. Students who have not taken either the ACT or SAT must take the ASSET Basics Skills Test and score a minimum of 34 in Reading, 34 in Writing, and 33 in Numerical. An AA degree and a 2.0 Grade Point Average (GPA) is required for acceptance into the Bachelor’s program. A Bachelor’s degree and 3.0 GPA is required for acceptance into the graduate programs. The Graduate Record Exam (GRE) with a minimum score of 1000 is required for graduate program admission. Graduate students must have a 3.0 GPA to graduate.
Copies of SAT scores for undergraduate admission, or GRE scores and/or other scholastic assessment scores for graduate admission will be required.
Original and sealed official transcripts from all previous learning institutions, including high school, should be sent directly to Aidan University.
Students are encouraged to be involved in a local church.
Admission to Aidan University is subject to approval by the Admissions Committee, whose decision is final. Failure to comply with the Admissions Requirements may result in denial of Admission to Aidan University.
