The new home of Aidan University was built in 1980 in the Regency Square area of Arlington. It is a three-story building with 128 parking spaces available onsite. The building has a thermopane glass exterior with drywall interior. There is one passenger elevator.

The interior of the first floor that Aidan University occupies is 14,056 square feet. There are offices, classrooms, library, conference room, lobby, production room, technology room, and a student/staff break room.
